About us

Silicon Valley marketing, taught by the people who actually do it

We started as a small workshop for founders in Palo Alto. Today we teach the same operating system to thousands of marketers and founders across more than thirty countries.

  • Mission

To make the marketing strategies used by the world's best technology companies accessible to founders, marketers, and professionals everywhere.

  • Vision

A generation of operators outside the Bay Area building products that compete globally — because the playbooks are no longer hidden behind a zip code.

  • Teaching philosophy

Learn by doing, on your own product. Every module produces an artefact, every artefact gets feedback, and every framework is one we still use in practice.

Why Silicon Valley?

Because the constraints there force better systems

Fast markets, high expectations, and short runways produce marketing that has to work. That pressure created the frameworks we teach.

Silicon Valley's advantage was never a secret channel or a bigger budget. It is a culture where marketing is treated as a system: research feeds positioning, positioning feeds messaging and pricing, and experimentation decides what scales.

None of that is geographically bound. With AI collapsing the cost of research and production, a five-person team in Lagos, Lisbon, or Lima can run the same operating system as a company on Sand Hill Road. Our job is to teach it plainly and hold you to a high standard while you practise.

Our values

What we hold ourselves to

  • Practice over theory

Every module ends in an artefact you can use at work on Monday.

  • Evidence over opinion

We teach decisions grounded in research and measurement.

  • Access over exclusivity

World-class marketing education should not depend on your postcode.

  • Craft over volume

Fewer, better campaigns beat more noise. We teach taste alongside tactics.

  • AI as leverage

AI should expand what a small team can do, not replace judgement.

  • Operator-led

Everything is taught by people who currently do the work.
