Positioning Before Tactics: Why Growth Stalls Without It
Most growth plateaus are positioning problems wearing a channel costume. Here is how to tell the difference.

The symptom that looks like a channel problem
Cost per acquisition creeps up, conversion rates soften, and sales cycles lengthen. The instinct is to test a new channel. More often, the market simply cannot tell what you are and who you are for.
A positioning diagnostic in four questions
Who is the best-fit customer, described specifically enough that you could build a list? What are the competitive alternatives, including doing nothing? What can you do that those alternatives cannot? What proof do you have?
If any answer is vague or contested internally, no amount of channel work will fix the funnel.
Rewriting the story
Positioning changes become real when the homepage, sales deck, onboarding, and pricing page all say the same thing. Ship the whole set or you will get mixed signal back.
